Los Milics Vineyards (LMV), located in the high desert grassland in Elgin, Arizona, features expansive views of the Mustang Mountains and Mt. Bruce, which locals call “the Biscuit”, and the Whetstone Mountains in the distance. Pavle Milic, winemaker, and his LMV team produce red, white, and rosé wines that are already attracting positive attention. The vineyards grows varietals that are proven to thrive in this climate and terroir.
Created in 2018 as both a winery and a destination, LMV’s stunning tasting room is designed by Chen+Suchart, a well- known Scottsdale architectural firm. It is reached by paths leading from the parking area through the vineyard and flanked by steel monoliths that conceal the view of the unique structure until the moment of arrival. The sculptural interior includes individual tables and nooks for tastings and a private dining space that can be booked for groups by reservation.
A spacious patio with panoramic views of the Mustang Mountains invites our guests to enjoy the LMV experience inside and outside all year around. LMV’s dining facility, "The Biscuit”, serves lunch and dinner and lite bites that pair well with LMV wines. Nine contemporary casitas will open to guests in 2023 and will be available for events. Each will offer dramatic views of the Mustang and Whetstone mountains. Wine tastings take in the tasting room Thursday through Sunday.
